- 1987 - The company ID&CO S.r.l is founded based in San Giuliano Milanese
- 1992 - ID&CO S.r.l. starts to sell sterilization products
- 1998 - ID&CO S.r.l. increase the range of avaiable products, starting to sell medical devices for operating room
- 2003 - ID&CO S.r.l. is a market leader in sterilization products
- 2015 - ID&CO S.r.l. moves in to a new place in San Giuliano Milanese with a warehouse of 7000m2
